Alumnus Named NCCAA Golf Coach of the Year

Mark Hull g93 was just named the NCCAA Men’s Golf Coach of the Year for the fourth consecutive year after leading his Colorado Christian University (CCU) Men’s Golf Team to their fourth consecutive NCCAA National Championship.

The NCCAA championship was played in Palm Coast, Florida. Finishing second and third were Dallas Baptist University and Indiana Wesleyan University.

Bill g69 and Sharon (Walter g67) Hull, Mark’s parents, joined the gallery to cheer on their son and his team.

After graduating from TUFW in 1993, Hull discovered his love for coaching as he served as an assistant men’s basketball coach at Houghton College in New York from 1997-99. He then acted as an assistant golf club team coach at Gordon College in Massachusetts, before accepting the challenge to take over at the helm of the men’s tennis team. Mark is now in his 13th year as the men’s golf head coach at CCU.
