John Emenhiser g2005 passed away after a long battle with painful brain tumors. In recent years John helped as he was able with pastoral visits to hospitals and homes as a volunteer with the Pathway Church. He is survived by his wife, Danielle, and his three daughters. Sam Steffen g05 passed away on the evening of Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2018, at his residence with many of his family members by his side. Born Oct. 12, 1964, in Bluffton, he was the son of Lenard and Ilean (Geyer) Steffen. Sam married Janelle M. Cook in Fort Wayne on June 30, 1996; she survives. Sam was a 1983 graduate of Bluffton High School and a member of Hope Missionary Church, where he also served as a worship leader. Read his full obituary here
