For many years a highlight of the Fort Wayne campus during the Christmas season was the performance of Messiah by G. F. Handel many years with the original instrumentation featuring members of the FW Philharmonic, guest soloists and the Oratorio Chorus comprised of students, faculty and staff of the college. This performance features Pauline Tweed, soprano; Anita Lamos, alto; Tom Zehr, tenor; and James Clauser, bass. All but Mrs. Tweed are alumni of the college. This was also the first year Dr. Jay Platte directed this performance.
