The 1968-69 Singing Collegians featured a well-rounded group of singers and instrumentalists that travelled extensively, produced a half-hour television Christmas program on WANE-TV that was used for about four or five years by the station, and was the Youth Conference ensemble. They were also active in fairs, high schools, youth groups and churches. This group travelled under the Christian Service Department of Fort Wayne Bible College.
Members included Marybelle Arnholt, Doug Barcalow, Pam Carey, David Clay, Reg Converse, Sue Eillis, Lori Ferrin, Ed Haynes, Louise Heidelberg, Susi Laymon, David Miller, Jerry Noble, Ron Reynolds, Marsha Ringenberg, Larry Salsburey, Judy Seawell, Roy Thompson, Bruce Whiteman. They were directed by Jay Platte.
